Selected above were photos I took while traveling out of town taken from 2012 until January 2015. Locations include Angeles, Ilocos Sur, Manila, Zambales, Pangasinan, Baguio, Subic, Floridablanca, and Aurora Province.
This was not a year of many travels and adventures, mostly, time had been spent on more solitary pursuits. It's amazing to think that though the Philippines is always struck with numerous storms and dry spells every year, it never loses its charm and beauty even in the unexpected places. Despite the fact that the climate is characteristically stern at times, perhaps that's where its uniqueness lies. I may personally have a long list to complain about, but this is where I live even for the meantime, and taking photos and reminiscing them reminds me of the fact that I have a beautiful country after all.
