Well-Being

Do not give in to hatred and anger, envy or malice. It’s not good for your well-being, health and heart.

Stay away from what makes you angry or fills you with hate, and if you can’t stay away from it, then be patient and hope for a good outcome. Smile and be of good cheer and never let anybody take control of your own happiness and good disposition in life. Work and focus on what can be improved of yourself, your talents, abilities, and God-given gifts. Live life with a noble purpose and a firm principle. 

Be strong and have an optimistic attitude. Be good to others even if they are not treating you well. 


And most of all, never lose your faith and trust in God, for He is always there to take care of you and guide you throughout the adversities of life.
